On Sunday, April 28th, the second debate between the candidates for the Presidency of the Republic took place: Claudia Sheinbaum, from the coalition Let's Keep Making History, Xóchitl Gálvez, from the coalition Strength and Heart for Mexico, and Jorge Álvarez Máynez, from Citizen's Movement, at Churubusco Studios.
Regarding this, Sheinbaum Pardo said she felt satisfied with her participation in the democratic exercise, considering Xóchitl Gálvez's strategy focused on slander.

In an interview with Sergio Sarmiento and Lupita Juárez for Heraldo Radio, broadcasted on 98.5 FM, she mentioned that several topics were clarified, and proposals and achievements of the current federal government were presented".
"I was able to carry out the strategy I had, which essentially was to talk about the results, as there are many results from the federal government and the Government of Mexico City in the four topics, and at the same time, to provide evidence when I decided to talk about the PRIAN candidate and also to clarify some of the topics as much as possible."

Claudia Sheinbaum indicated that her rival's strategy is to defame and slander because she has no proposals to present, so the entire debate was dedicated to attacking her.
"I think their strategy was for me to get involved in a process of falling into provocations, and it was expected because they have a strategy to bring down the frontrunner, but that strategy did not succeed."
